These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of ametricprotocol.com (the “Site”), operated by Educated Supplements LLC dba Ametric Protocol (“Ametric,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). They apply when you browse the Site, scan the QR code on our labels, view our Certificates of Analysis (COAs), subscribe to our emails, or contact us.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your information. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
The Site is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. If you are under 18, please use the Site with the involvement of a parent or guardian, and do not submit personal information through our forms if you are under 13. Purchases on Amazon are subject to Amazon’s own age requirements.
2. Products and Purchases
Purchases on Amazon. We do not sell products or process payments on the Site. Product links take you to our listings on Amazon, where your purchase, payment, shipping, returns, and refunds are governed by Amazon’s terms and policies. Questions about an Amazon order should go to Amazon first; we are happy to help with product questions at any time.
Product information. We work to keep product descriptions, Supplement Facts, images, and availability accurate. Occasional errors may occur, and formulas or packaging may change. The label on the product you receive is the controlling source of information, so always read it before use.
Bulk and wholesale inquiries. Submitting a bulk or wholesale inquiry does not create an order or a binding agreement. Any wholesale relationship is subject to a separate written agreement, and we may accept or decline inquiries at our discretion.
3. Certificates of Analysis and Quality Information
COAs on the Site are provided for transparency and reflect third-party laboratory testing of specific production batches. A COA applies only to the batch or lot number it lists. COAs are uploaded as they become available from our manufacturer, so the COA for a newly produced batch may appear after that batch is on sale.
Statements about our manufacturer’s certifications and registrations (such as NSF cGMP certification, FDA facility registration, and SQF-certified systems) describe the facility where our products are made. The FDA does not approve dietary supplements, and FDA registration does not mean the FDA approves or endorses our products.
4. Health and Medical Disclaimer
Not medical advice. Content on the Site, in our emails, and on our social media is for general educational purposes only. It is not a substitute for advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a qualified healthcare professional. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read from us.
FDA statement. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Talk to your healthcare provider first. Consult a healthcare professional before using any supplement, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, or planning a pregnancy; are giving a supplement to a child; have had bariatric surgery; have a medical condition; take prescription medication; or are scheduled for surgery. Individual results vary.
Iron safety warning. Accidental overdose of iron-containing products is a leading cause of fatal poisoning in children under 6. Keep all products out of reach of children. In case of accidental overdose, call a doctor or poison control center immediately.
Use as directed. Follow the label directions and do not exceed the recommended serving unless directed by a healthcare professional. Stop use and consult a professional if you experience an adverse reaction.
5. Use of the Site
You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:
- Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law.
- Copy, scrape, or harvest content or data from the Site by automated means without our written permission.
- Interfere with the Site’s operation or security, or introduce viruses or other harmful code.
- Submit false information through our forms or impersonate another person or business.
- Alter, misrepresent, or redistribute our COAs or quality documents.
We may suspend access to the Site or remove content at any time, for any reason.
6. Intellectual Property
The Site and its content, including text, graphics, product images, label designs, videos, and the Ametric and Ametric Protocol names and logos, belong to Educated Supplements LLC or its licensors and are protected by trademark, copyright, and other laws. You may not use them without our prior written permission, except to share links to Site pages or to view and print content for personal use.
7. Your Submissions
When you send us questions, feedback, reviews, or ideas, you confirm the content is accurate and yours to share. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use it to respond to you and to improve our products and communications. We will not publish your name or identifying details without your permission. Please do not send confidential or sensitive health information.
8. Third-Party Links
The Site links to third-party sites, including Amazon, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, X, TikTok, and Pinterest. We do not control these sites and are not responsible for their content, products, or policies. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Site provided “as is.” The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ametric, Educated Supplements LLC, and their owners, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site will not exceed $100. Some states do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.
Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ametric and Educated Supplements LLC from any claims, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
10. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at Support@AmetricProtocol.com and give us 30 days to try to resolve the issue informally.
If a dispute is not resolved informally, any legal action relating to the Site or these Terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts. To the extent permitted by law, any claim relating to the Site must be filed within one year after it arises.
Claims involving products purchased on Amazon may also be subject to Amazon’s terms.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept them.
12. General
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver. These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site.
